To assemble the scooter, lift the folding safety lock, push the quick release lever inward, and install the handlebar onto the stem, pre-tightening all six screws using the included wrench.

While the NAVEE N40 electric scooter is IPX4 waterproof and can be ridden through splashes and puddles, it is not recommended to use it in heavy rain, as none of the scooters are completely waterproof.
